Refund policy
Please note that a selection of our products are antique or vintage (and are labeled as such), which makes each one unique and likely imperfect. We inspect the condition of all “found” items to ensure they uphold our quality standard.
If for any reason your purchase does not work for you, we will accept returns of select items within seven days for exchange, store credit and/or refund, as determined by Willa Gray Home. Items ineligible for refund are labeled as such. All custom orders are considered final sale and may not be returned. To request a return authorization, please email mandy@willagrayhome.com within seven days of delivery of your order. All items must be unused and in new condition with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, altered or soiled may be refused.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, shipping insurance and a trackable number are the responsibility of the buyer. Willa Gray Home is not responsible for lost or damaged products. Once we receive your package, please allow seven days for your return to be processed.
Discount or promotional codes may only be used at the time of checkout, and cannot be applied to previous orders.
